Sold by the producer and their families, our neighbors.
Have you considered selling something you produced at the market? Prospective vendors can get started pretty easily. We are trying to keep the rules as simple as possible and there are several vendor rate options. You can pay $10 per Saturday (per 10' by 10' space) or a percentage option of 10% of sales, as well as other options. So if you want to try it out you are only charged a small percentage of your sales. But you need to abide by the rules.
First you need to carefully read the 2008 Policy and Procdures for general information. The rules are important and enforced, so please read them carefully. Then you need to fill out and submit the Vendor Application and State Tax Form. You can call Suzanne at (208) 315-1924 or Renée at (208) 839-2395 with any vendor questions, or if you are having trouble opening these documents.
Performance time is generally from around 10am to noon. Local musicians who would like to perform at the market should contact Kelly at 983 0308.
The Grangeville Farmers' Market Manager is Julie Graham-Worthington. Julie may be reached at (208) 983-1569 or e-mail her at info@grangevillefarmersmarket.org.
Planning meetings during the season tend to be weekly, Friday noon, at The Gallery. Vendors are encouraged to attend. The meetings are relaxed and the lunch menu is delicious.
The Grangeville Farmers' Market was pulled together by Deanna English. It is independently governed by volunteer officers and bylaws. Our mailing address is Grangeville Farmers' Market, 108 North State Street #4, Grangeville, ID 83530.
